When you are logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand side to then click Administration from the menu below.
This will bring you to the Administration page which will show all of your users in a table format.
You will be able to see the following in this table:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Role
- Last Sign In
- Status
You can directly edit the user's First and Last name as well as their role by selecting the Pencil Icon as well as delete a user by selecting the Trash Can Icon.
To add a new user you can click the Invite User to Your Company Name button.
Enter their email and select the role of the account.
- Admin accounts have full access and can add and delete users.
- Member accounts only have access to RoadWay and Network Analysis and cannot add or delete users.
- Viewer accounts can only view the RoadWay platform.
Click the Submit button and it will send them the invite email to finish creating their account.
